Mr. Douk Tipana, Esq. currently undertakes LL.D studies on the Development of Public Administrative Law in Cambodia. He obtained a LL.M Degree in 2008 from the National University of Singapore-(NUS), a LL.B. Degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics-(RULE) in 1987 and a B.Ed. Bachelor of Education (TEFL) from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP-IFL) in 1984.

Mr. Douk Tipana, Esq. worked for the Secretariat General of the Senate for 13 years (from 1999 to 2012) before she was admitted as a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2012. He was a legal advisor, legal trainer and a Director of Human Resource Development Department at the Senate from 2011 until 2014. In 2014, he was a Senior Researcher of the Parliamentary Institute of Cambodia-(PIC) and was trained by the Raoul Wellenberg Institute of Human Rights-(RWI) as a regional researcher.

At Panna Asean Law Office, Cambodia, Mr. Douk Tipana, Esq. is a member of the Criminal Litigation, the Corporate Registration and the Tax and Labor and Industrial Relations Practice Groups. He is currently a member of the Corporate Registration and Tax, Intellectual Property Rights, and Civil Litigation Practice Groups at Panna Asean Law Office, Cambodia.
